The Supply Chain Department has the responsibility of ensuring adequate and appropriate stock (inbound and outbound) is maintained without excess stock or stock out by monitoring related activities and providing useful information for Management decision from time to time. The Department is also saddled with the responsibility of ensuring that quality Materials and Products are supplied in right quantity to our customers in a cost effective manner. It is involved in the following activities:

• Warehouse and Depot operations
• Logistics and Distribution
• Stock control and Management
