HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMIN

The Human Resource & Admin department of Fidson Healthcare Plc is charged with the responsibility of designing and implementing the people strategy & administrative affairs of the company. These include talent sourcing, talent management, learning and development, staff welfare, recognition & rewards, employee engagement, health and safety, facility management and project management.

The Human Resource & Admin Department comprises 5 units namely:

  • Human Resource Business Partnering Unit which is responsible for talent sourcing, employer branding, employee engagement and managing employee relation matters
  • Learning and Development Unit is responsible for career development, curriculum development, performance management, talent management, training design, implementation and evaluation.
  • Rewards and Benefits Unit is responsible for administering competitive rewards and benefits which include pay for performance, welfare benefits and staff recognition schemes
  • Clinic Unit is responsible for management of staff health issues, implementation of health awareness programmes, HMO issues and general safety of staff.
  • Admin Unit is responsible for hygiene & facility management, asset management, fleet management & projects implementation
