For middle ear infection:
Adults and children 6 months of age and older—4 drops into the affected ear(s) two times a day for 7 days. For ocular dosage form (eye drops): The recommended dosage regimen for the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis is one or two drops three to four times a day depending upon the evaluation of the attending physician.
