The business development and Strategy department is responsible for facilitating business expansion and the acquisition of new business to drive financial growth. The unit’s core functions include new and existing business development; new and existing product development; exports; strategic planning; and market and marketing research.
Business Development and Strategy is also responsible for supporting the achievement of the overall business objectives of the company through strategic communications and brand building initiatives that focus on promoting the company’s products, projecting the company’s image and reputation, as well as building sustainable and rewarding relationship with all stakeholders.
The department propagates corporate brand values and reputation, by establishing a deliberate communications and engagement strategy that reinforces the company’s brand image and reputation.
