FINANCE

The Finance department of Fidson Healthcare Plc is charged with the responsibility of managing financial and accounting affairs of the Company. This include financial reporting, financial planning and control, and assets management in order to maximize shareholders’ value.

The Finance department comprises 4 units namely:

  • Corporate Finance which oversees treasury and strategy functions
  • Financial Accounting and Reporting which is responsible for statutory reporting and forecast of performance
  • The Financial Operations and planning which is responsible for budgeting, cost control and management information reporting
  • Factory Finance which is the financial control part of the factory
